In short: your projects live in our database in Germany, we sell nothing about you, and the ads that pay for the free plan are served by Google AdSense, personalized only if you consent.
Who we are
Gantify is a free online project management service. This page says what we collect and why, in plain words rather than legal padding.
What we collect
The account details you give us (email, name, a hash of your password), the projects you create or import, and ordinary server logs: IP address, browser, timestamps.
Why we collect it
To run your account, store and schedule your projects, keep the service secure, and show the ads that pay for the free plan, personalized only with your consent.
Where the data is
In our own PostgreSQL database on servers in Germany, inside the European Union. We do not copy your projects to other continents.
Advertising
Ads are served by Google AdSense. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message, certified under the IAB TCF, asks for your choice, with "Do not consent" right next to "Consent". If you do not consent you keep the whole product and see only non-personalized or limited ads, which do not use your data to profile you.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and the content of your projects is never sent to an advertising network.
Your rights
Delete a workspace in one click, or ask us to delete the account. Under the GDPR you can also request access, correction, restriction and portability.
How long we keep things
Project data stays until you delete it. Server logs are kept for at most 12 months. Deleted accounts disappear from the backups within 30 days.
